Job Description

Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Wills and Probate Lawyer or CILEX to join our Diss based client. Working as a Wills and Probate Lawyer, your responsibilities will include: Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of issues, including contracts, disputes, and compliance with regulations Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and meditations Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal precedents that may affect client casesTo be successful in this position you will be an experienced solicitor or CILEX, with experience associated with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, Trusts, and Estate Administration. Combined with the following skills, traits and experience: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team Strong organisational skills with attention to detailAbout the role Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (potential for some hybrid work) Earning £40,000 to £60,00 per annum (DOE)Interested?
