Production Manager

Production Manager North East Manchester A successful brand in the food manufacturing sector is currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join their growing team, You will report directly to the business owner and play a key leadership role in driving production efficiency, quality and team performance. This is a hands on role which requires someone who can lead by example while actively contributing to the production process. You’ll be joining a fast paced, positive work environment with significant opportunities for growth as the business continues to expand. What they are looking for: Proven leadership skills within production in food manufacturing or similar sector The ability to positively lead and develop a team in a fast paced production environment Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge or experience with HACCP processes and maintaining health and safety standards Ability to manage stock efficiently, reduce waste, and maximize production quality The role is working Monday to Friday, and offers salary circa £40,000 - £50,000, company van and fuel card along with 28 days holiday, contributory pension and great opportunity to progress with the company as it grows
