Mechanical Site Manager

Mechanical site Manager Mechanical Site Manager required for immediate work on commercial new build projects across London. Typical projects are new build apartment blocks/ student accommodation, schools, hospitals, offices, & retail, with values of £250k - £2m Long term work CIS or LTD paying up to £280 per day overseeing direct and sub contract labour Option to work via agency on temp basis or look at going on perm with client after a certain time period The successful applicant will come from a mechanical trade background and be able to overcome various day to day problems overseeing a team of plumbers working on new build commercial projects You will be able to manage a mixture of sub-contract and agency labour across various parts of the project and will lead tool box talks and health and safety notices where required and arrange inductions. As an experienced site manager/ foreman you must be client facing and will be expected to represent our clients professional reputation at all times. You will be expected from time to time to be able to assist with difficult parts of the installation as well as offer advice and practical solutions to design issues and alterations. There will be an element of administration, paperwork, time sheets, delivery notes, induction paperwork and management of drawings and schedules.
