Job Description

We are proud to be partnering with a well-respected global business based in Cambridge to recruit a HR Business Partner on an FTC to cover a period of maternity. Salary range between £65-£80k FTE The role will start in February 2025, this will ensure a smooth handover with the outgoing HRBP. This role is being offered for a period of up to 12 months, hybrid working, at least 3 days on site, however a flexible approach is required to ensure business continuity. Reporting to a Head of HR, this role will strategically support a specific technical client group in all their HR activities including developing their culture journey, employee engagement initiatives, developing their talent pipelines and succession planning. You will be partnering with the leaders of your business area, so previous experience of senior stakeholder management is key. Working with your Employee Relations Advisors, you will be the point of contact for complex ER cases to ensure proactive resolutions. About you: You will be passionate about delivering a pro-active HR service to your client group through a consultative and proactive approach. Previous experience in HR business partnering Up to date employment law knowledge Experienced in partnering with a technical client group Employee relations / case work expert CIPD level 7 or equivalent. Excellent coaching and influencing skills Ability to challenge in an appropriate manner Interviews will take place after January 6th 2025, it will be a two-stage process.
