Technician

Technician | MAIT | Aerospace Join a dynamic team, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Work across a diverse product portfolio, from cutting-edge research and development to flight hardware, contributing to innovative aerospace solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assemble research and development products and flight hardware to precise specifications. Conduct rigorous testing of products, including functional, electrical, vibration, shock, TVAC, and RF testing. Develop and document Manufacturing Assembly Procedures (MAPs) and Test Procedures. Perform detailed inspections of machined parts using in-house metrology equipment. Collaborate with the Product Assurance team to define and document qualified MAIT processes. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Strong engineering knowledge and experience in assembling precision components. Proficiency in using metrology equipment for detailed inspections. Practical and theoretical expertise in MAIT, including testing methods like vibration, shock, TVAC, and electrical bonding/isolation. Proven experience using assembly procedures and interpreting detailed engineering drawings, surface finishes, tolerances, and materials. Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
