Arrange collections with transport companies and ensure smooth operations. Work closely with clients, branch offices, agents, and transport providers. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and sharing updates. Track shipments, manage invoicing, and handle pre-alerts from overseas offices. Prepare and process Customs entries when required. Monitor shipments from start to finish. Take charge of job costing and invoicing tasks. What You’ll Need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a UK-based freight forwarding company. Proven expertise in handling air, road, or sea freight imports/exports. Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures. Experience using freight software like Cargowise or Multifreight. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Why Apply?
