What You’ll Do: Recruit for a range of roles within Residential Property, balancing high volumes and delivering exceptional results. Build relationships with new and existing clients across London and the UK regions. Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing candidates to successful placements. Identify opportunities to grow the desk and contribute to the overall success of the team. What We’re Looking For: Recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment. Experience in temporary recruitment would be advantageous but is not essential. A process-driven mindset with strong determination and resilience. A desire for a long-term career in recruitment, with the ambition to grow within a thriving team.
