Preferred qualifications are Lantra and NPTC. A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months. You must have less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years. A trailer licence can be beneficial. Experience or an interest in gardening, plant care or horticulture would be beneficial.
