The Role As a Business Development Manager , youll be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to grow the brokerages client base. Operating remotely, youll have full autonomy to shape your approach while building strong relationships and driving results. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a business plan to expand the client base within the temporary labour market. Identify and engage with key stakeholders, showcasing the brokerages tailored insurance solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the face of the brand. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
