‼️ Roles like this don't come up much, we promise this is a life changer ‼️ We are working with one of the UK's most exciting start ups - we know everybody says this, but this company are already on a rocket ship and now looking for their first sales person. Propel are seeking a Founding Account Executive to play a pivotal role expanding an already robust client base. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside an incredible group of leaders, including two founders, the CEO, CSO and a fractional CRO. Key highlights: High-Impact Sales Leadership - Collaborate with the founding team to shape the go-to-market approach and sales function. You’ll work with cutting-edge VR technology and target major verticals like aviation, defense, and healthcare. Unique Product Offering - This innovative training solution is already making waves, with use cases in the NHS (improving patient treatment experiences, like MRI scans) and the RAF (high-performance training akin to Top Gun scenarios). Market Scope - Sell into major organisations, including the RAF, MOD, and healthcare providers like InHealth, while also targeting aviation giants like British Airways, EasyJet, Wizz Air, and Qantas. High Ticket, Complex Sales - This role requires tackling multi-stakeholder deals with a high level of complexity. Sales cycles will vary, and deal sizes range from £80,000–£100,000, with potential deals between £150,000–£500,000. Risk Appetite and Initiative - This is perfect for someone early in their career with a hunger to learn, adapt, and think creatively. The ideal candidate is proactive, bright, and ready to tackle challenges head-on. What we need: Sales Fundamentals - Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of MEDDIC, SPIN selling, or similar methodologies to manage deal progression effectively. Domain Knowledge - While deep expertise in aviation, defense, or healthcare isn’t essential, a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly is a must. Tools and Strategy - Familiarity with HubSpot, SalesLoft, and outbound prospecting software is beneficial. A creative, problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to outbound efforts are essential.
