Quantity Surveyor

​ QUANTITY SURVEYOR​ – ​CHESHIRE – ​12 MONTH CONTRACT – £41PH (INSIDE IR35) ​ ARM is working with a major global infrastructure consultancy, and we are currently recruiting for a quantity surveyor to work from Cheshire. About You:​ You should have an appropriate degree and/or are a member (or working towards) of an appropriate professional body (such as MRICS etc). It is important you have a robust background of delivery in a commercial role from main contractor or consultancy. You will have experience with contract management, change control, common forms of contracts (e.g. NEC). What you will be doing:​ This position will see you balancing risk, opportunity and financial returns in both pre and post contract management. You will focus on the delivery of excellence and carefully estimate costs whilst also calculating material needs. ​ This position will be based from Cheshire. There will be some home working (hybrid) on this role also.
