Responsibilities: Managing export shipments Issuing sales invoices Liaise with transport planners and shipping lines Take bookings for internal system Liaison with customers and clients Work on full load export operations Complete export customs entries Using internal customs systems such as Descartes/Destin8 Complete export documentation Skills Required: Excellent organisation skills 1-3 years freight forwarding experience Strong customer service skills Good decision-making skills Excellent IT skills
