Estate Manager – West London Salary: £55,000–£70,000 Reporting to: Senior Property Manager Are you a proactive and hands-on professional looking to make a real difference in the day-to-day operations of a high-profile residential development? A prestigious property developer is seeking a dedicated Estate Manager to take charge of a landmark West London site, featuring 900 units across five impressive blocks. What You’ll Do As the Estate Manager, you will be the first point of contact for leaseholders and play a key role in the smooth running of the development. Your responsibilities will include: Resident Interaction: Acting as the primary contact for leaseholders, addressing their concerns, and fostering strong relationships. Day-to-Day Operations: Handling the day-to-day management of the estate, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. Site Inspections: Conducting regular site walks to identify and address maintenance and operational needs. Maintenance Coordination: Overseeing contractors and ensuring timely resolution of minor repairs and maintenance issues. Compliance Support: Assisting with adherence to health & safety and building compliance requirements, reporting issues to the Senior Property Manager. Team Collaboration: Working closely with the onsite team and the Senior Property Manager to ensure the estate operates effectively. Communication: Providing updates to leaseholders and assisting with notices, letters, and relevant administration.
