Job Description

As a Site Manager, you’ll take charge of one of our key logistics hubs, overseeing a critical link in the supply chain that ensures our shelves stay stocked and our customers stay happy. What you’ll do: Inspire and Lead: You’ll shape a positive, people-focused culture by developing and empowering your site leadership team to deliver excellence every day. Deliver Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless operations by meeting productivity, cost, and performance targets while maintaining the highest standards of service and availability for our customers. Strategic Thinking: Balance the immediate demands of a fast-paced operation with a vision for long-term growth and continuous improvement. Drive Innovation: Think outside the box to identify and implement new ideas that improve efficiencies and elevate the way we work. Build Relationships: Collaborate across the business, from frontline teams to Executive Board members, to create a cohesive and aligned strategy. About You What you’ll bring: To succeed in this role, you’ll need the ability to manage large-scale operations with confidence and clarity. You’ll also bring: Proven Experience: You’ve operated at Site Manager or Director level within a logistics or distribution environment, leading complex, high-volume operations. Industry Knowledge: You’re well-versed in relevant legislation and have the expertise to run a world-class logistics site. Leadership Skills: You’re a strong and personable leader who can foster a people-driven culture that motivates and engages your team. Strategic Influence: You can negotiate, influence, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including those at Executive Board level. Innovation and Problem-Solving: You thrive on driving performance improvements and bringing creative, forward-thinking ideas to the table. Commercial Acumen: You understand the bigger picture and know how to make decisions that balance efficiency with business goals.
