Senior Site Manager

As a Site Manager, you’ll take charge of one of our key logistics hubs, overseeing a critical link in the supply chain that ensures our shelves stay stocked and our customers stay happy. About You What you’ll bring: To succeed in this role, you’ll need the ability to manage large-scale operations with confidence and clarity. You’ll also bring: Proven Experience: You’ve operated at Site Manager or Director level within a logistics or distribution environment, leading complex, high-volume operations. Industry Knowledge: You’re well-versed in relevant legislation and have the expertise to run a world-class logistics site. Leadership Skills: You’re a strong and personable leader who can foster a people-driven culture that motivates and engages your team. Strategic Influence: You can negotiate, influence, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including those at Executive Board level.
