Job Title: Studio Operator Location: Louth, In office (but flex around hybrid working) Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Skills: Artworker, Repro, Flex, Retouch, Packing, Print, POS My client is a is an industry-leading brand delivery agency with a global presence, known for our innovative approach to packaging production. They have established partnerships with some of the world's top brand owners and printers, setting them apart as a pre-press agency at the forefront of the industry. In order to maintain their high standards, they are looking to add a talented Studio Operator with experience in Artwork, Repro, and Flexo retouch to our team in Louth. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of all client deliverables, utilising industry-standard software and techniques to create flawless artwork. The Studio Operator will be responsible for; Producing high-quality Reprographics to printer specifications and conducting Flexo and colour retouching to meet client targets and standards. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, making this role dynamic and fast-paced. Qualifications for this position include; Experience in pre-press or a related field, proficiency in Apple Mac software and tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to go above and beyond when necessary.
