Job Description

Salary: £40,000 Location: Mansfield Contract: Permanent Role Overview: Oversee the preparation of statutory and management accounts for clients across sectors, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Provide guidance on financial reporting, tax compliance, and business matters, helping clients navigate complex financial issues. Build strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value-added services. Mentor junior team members, promoting their development and adherence to best practices. Requirements: ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members. Proven ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with excellent attention to detail.
