Job Title: Solicitor Location: Multiple Locations - Milton Keynes, Northampton, Birmingham, Practice Areas: Multiple - Employment, Private Client, Family Law. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated solicitor to join our teams. You will provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients across various sectors. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, working closely with clients, and ensuring the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent legal knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and representation to clients across your practice area. Manage a caseload of client matters, ensuring efficient and timely progression. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court submissions. Conduct legal research to support client matters and stay updated on relevant legal developments. Negotiate settlements, resolve disputes, and attend hearings or trials where applicable. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional customer service and support. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, insights, and best practices. Stay abreast of legal trends and changes in the law, attending training sessions as required. Key Requirements: Qualified solicitor with (NQ up to Senior Associate level) In any of the following practice areas: Employment, Family or Private Client. Strong legal research, analytical, and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Client-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
