In this exciting role, you will: Shape brand product strategy and overall retail performance. Oversee the buying and merchandising process, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to managing product assortments that align with market trends and customer preferences. Lead a dynamic team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in buying and merchandising practices. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to create cohesive strategies that drive customer engagement and enhance the overall brand experience.
