Construction Contracts Manager (Groundworks)

Job title: Contracts Manager Location: West Malling, Kent Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per year Job Description: ESD is looking for a Contracts Manager for a groundwork’s client of ours based in Kent. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of contract management for residential groundwork projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from inception to completion of multiple projects. - Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations. - Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions. - Monitor project progress and compliance with contractual obligations. - Address any issues or disputes that may arise during the project. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the groundwork sector, specifically within commercial and residential projects. - Strong understanding of contract law and construction processes. - Excellent organisational and leadership skills. - Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
