Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a positive and solutions-focused culture. Take ownership of a small portfolio of prestigious accounts. What They Need from You The ideal candidate doesn’t need sector-specific experience but must be an exceptional leader with a strong focus on people. Key attributes include: Proven experience leading and motivating teams to exceed targets. 5 years in customer success, renewals, or a similar environment. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and organisational abilities, with an eye for detail. High emotional intelligence and empathy, with a talent for mentoring and coaching. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office, with a data-driven approach. Desirable Skills: Experience with B2B SaaS, public sector clients, or advisory services. Knowledge of HubSpot or similar tools. Why This Role?
