Commercial Site Manager

Commercial Site Manager required Our client is looking for an experienced commercial site manager/ supervisor to start asap on a commercial construction project, in Herne Bay. £200-£240 a day rate depending on previous experience and qualifications. Weekly paid CIS/ LTD. Usual working hours Mon to Fri 7.30am to 4.30/5pm. Applicants must have experience working on commercial projects and must have first aid and SMSTS. Those candidates with IPAF will be at an advantage. Inductions Orders Scheduling Snagging Following the companies H&S procedures Ensuring H&S practices are followed by all workers and visitors Managing labour and materials Reporting for contracts managers This is an immediate start and would suit an experienced supervisor/ manager that is looking to work with a fantastic construction company who specialise in new build sites. The successful candidates will need to have a valid CSCS card and SSSTS/ SMSTS or equivalent and 1st aid as a minimum.
