Covering a range of services including project management, facilities maintenance, refurbishment, electrical & mechanical services. You will be responsible for the following duties that include regular planned maintenance, plant room checks, pumps, AHUs, emergency lighting, water temps. The basic salary of this new opportunity is £40,000 to £45,000, with overtime opportunities
