Full time permanent role Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm - 40 h ours Fully Expensed Van £40,000 DOE Role Responsibilities: Maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake/extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs, etc.), and water system assets, such as booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters. Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance Reporting any defects and answering in queries Keeping a log of inspection reports and remedial work. The Ideal Candidate: Experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment. Must Hold relevant qualifications C&G Level 3 or Level 5 / NVQ or HNC equivalent.
