D365 CRM Techno Functional Consultant | Hybrid | £50,000 - £60,000 per annum | Permanent Method Resourcing are partnering with a Microsoft Gold Partner seeking a skilled D365 CRM Techno Functional Consultant to deliver customised CRM solutions. In this role, you'll manage projects from initial planning through to implementation, ensuring they align with client requirements. What You'll Do: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored D365 CRM solutions Implement and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet client requirements Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards for data visualization Utilise SQL for data manipulation and reporting Integrate and manage data flows using Azure Data Factory Provide training and support to clients on D365 CRM functionalities Create technical documentation and user guides Who You Are: Experienced in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Perks and Benefits: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum Flexible working options Opportunity to work with a talented and innovative team Continuous professional development and training A collaborative and inclusive work environment Interested?
