Joiner - Multi-trade (Damp & Mould Treatment) Multi-Skilled Joiner – Damp & Mould Treatment Team Location: [Leeds Area] Salary: £32,000 - £33,000 per year £1,000 annual bonus (paid in May) Benefits: Company Van, Fuel Card, Permanent Position About the Role:A trusted provider of property maintenance and damp solutions, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our specialist Damp & Mould Treatment Team. In this permanent position, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by providing essential joinery services in properties affected by damp and mould issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Carrying out high-quality joinery work in properties experiencing damp and mould problems. Installing or repairing doors, windows, skirting, and other woodwork as part of remedial treatment work. Collaborating with our team to ensure properties are treated effectively and efficiently. Adhering to safety standards while working on damp and mould treatment projects. Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction with all work completed. The Ideal Candidate: NVQ or relevant qualification in Joinery (or equivalent). A proven track record in joinery, with experience in property maintenance and remedial work. Strong understanding of damp and mould treatment processes (although training can be provided). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving licence (Company van provided). Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Why Join Us?
