Advise a client base of national and international clients Design and deliver bespoke acquisition and disposal programs M&A and Investment work Be an extension of your clients’ internal teams Give effective support to your clients through acquisition and integration Be the go-to person for certain key clients & develop meaningful relationships with them Contribute to further development of the team, firm & yourself Be encouraged to get out and meet new and existing clients What will you need? A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive Corporate law experience The ability to be creative and solve clients’ issues in a way they both like & understand What will you get?
