As a leading practice in the Benelux region, our client advises on the full spectrum of financings, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, as well as ESG and sustainable finance. Working in lean, dedicated teams, it handles complex debt financings, securitisations and structured finance transactions, capital market transactions and restructurings. This is a unique opportunity for Lawyers qualified in England & Wales and other Common law jurisdictions to join a genuine top tier practice in Amsterdam.
