Performance Marketing Executive

London | Hybrid We are partnered with one of the fastest-growing health and wellness businesses in Europe, which has big plans for growth next year. They are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join their small but mighty Digital Marketing Function to manage their multi-channel digital campaigns across paid social and paid search. Reporting into the Senior Digital Manager, you will work closely with them to drive new membership acquisition and deliver and deploy key initiatives that will attract new members. Working collaboratively with a digital media agency, you will be the main point of contact to brief them on all upcoming campaigns and offers. To be successful in this role you will have: 2 years experience in a performance marketing role Hands-on experience with ad platforms An understanding of what drives sales and help suggest new initiatives Good knowledge of cross-channel digital marketing, or the willingness to learn more of these channels Experience working with wider teams to help drive digital marketing strategies Technical skills needed: Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot table) Be able to comfortably navigate and draw insights from GA4 Have experience creating dashboards in Looker Studio Have experience managing either Google Ads, Meta Ads, or DV360 This is a fantastic opportunity, for an ambitious and analytical person, passionate about digital marketing, to join the business at a really exciting time of growth Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, not all submissions will receive feedback.
