Job description Trainee Recruitment Coordinator Location: Nottingham Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Commission Our client is seeking ambitious, resilient, career-driven individuals with a background in sales to join their dynamic and social office environment. They are on the lookout for outstanding professionals ready to start their careers as a Recruitment Coordinator. Specialising in the Finance and Customer Service temp market, our client is looking to hire immediately. Do you have a knack for sales and enjoy helping others succeed? If so, this could be the role for you Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm & Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm Location: NG2 4GT, Office-Based Benefits: 26 days holiday PLUS statutory holidays, excellent career progression, incentives, and a supportive working environment Key Responsibilities: Posting job adverts on various job boards Actively searching for candidates online Reviewing and calling candidates to discuss relevant positions and their work history Managing candidate compliance, registrations, and formatting CVs Arranging and preparing for interviews Providing after-care for candidates and clients About You: Strong background in sales Excellent IT skills Strong attention to detail Proactive and driven nature Exceptional communication skills Please attach an up-to-date CV and a cover letter explaining why you are interested in a role in Executive Recruitment.
