We are currently hiring for Recruitment Consultants in line with Mantell Associates growth plans for 2025. This role will report directly into one our Team Managers giving you a clear reporting line, immediate support and reducing red tape. Recruitment Consultant - Requirements: A proven track record (1 year ) in Life Science & Pharmaceutical recruitment in either the contract or permanent capacity Ability to embrace other business cultures and build relationships with all types of people Ambitious, reliable, punctual, seeking continuous improvement for yourself and Mantell Associates The ability to be resilient, work at significant pace in an ever-changing business environment and have perseverance during rejection Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated with a ‘go-getter’ attitude and the ability to face challenges in a consultative, proactive manner whilst looking to identify a solution Must be based in London or have a commutable journey to London Mantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences headhunting firm.
