This SEN Teaching Assistant role in Slough will be working with a pupil 1:1 who has ASD and supporting a small group of children who have complex needs Your role as SEN Teaching Assistant may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities: Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom. Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions. Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department. Keeping track and recording pupil progress. At this Primary School you will be well supported and promote teamwork to develop the best structure for the students.
