Year 4 Teacher (MAT Cover Role) • Annual Salary: Negotiable Rates - MPS/UPS • Location: Croydon • Job Type: Full-time JAN 2025 Start Are you passionate about igniting young minds and fostering a love for learning? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our dynamic and forward-thinking educational community. As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students, making a lasting impact on their lives. This role is for January 2025 Start - July 2025. Day-to-day of the role: • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring all students are challenged and supported. • Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of their achievements. • Build strong relationships with parents/guardians through open communication, parent-teacher conferences, and regular updates on student progress. • Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. • Experience or specialisation in early years education or Year 4 instruction is highly desirable. • A genuine passion for working with young children and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
