Estimating Manager £55,000 to £70,000 Staines About the role: This succesful candidate will join the senior leadership team and will need to work with their current estimator whilst building the department up to have lots of business opportunities from new and existing clients. Duties: Managing (line management and planning) of other estimators in the team. Business development (business opportunities – new tenders, leads etc) Client meetings - run through scopes and build estimates from there as well as building estimates from full tender packs Handovers to the delivery team so they can deliver the project which the estimating department has won Requirements: Ambitious and driven Ability to present to clients confidently and pursue leads until an order is placed Salary and benefits £55k - £65k 25 days holiday plus BH Car allowance £5k Pension
