Senior Care Assistant – Brentwood (Job ref – PK62187) Our client in Brentwood is a modern, purpose-built Elderly Care Home which provides person-centred care in a comfortable and supportive environment. They offer a variety of fantastic facilities including a bistro, lounges, a bar, a cinema, hair salon, and a library. Each ensuite bedroom is spacious and elegantly designed for maximum comfort and privacy. The Care Home is well served by multiple bus routes and is only a short journey from Brentwood town centre. They now have an exciting opportunity for Senior Care Assistants to join their passionate team of Carers and Senior Carers. Senior Care Assistant pay rates starting at - £13.50 per hour These are full time, permanent roles working 12 hour shifts; 24, 36 or 48 hours per week depending on your preference. Both Day and Night shifts are available. Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant role: Senior Care Assistants with previous experience working within care as a Senior NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Preferred but not essential) Previous experience of working with the elderly Medication training Responsibilities of a Senior Care Assistant: Administer medication Work collaboratively within a team of other Care Assistants and Senior Carers Liaise with all visiting professionals including GPs, other healthcare professionals and families.
