SENCO

Role- SENCO Type- Temporary, 1 day per week (flexible) Hours- 08:00 - 16:00 Pay- Competitive Reed Education are currently working alongside a lovely primary school based in DN9 to support their recruitment for a SENCO to work at the school one day per week. The day is flexible but needs to be the same each week. Hours are 08:00 - 16:00. Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the school's SEN policy Supporting the identification of children with special educational needs, coordinating provision and liaising with parents Liaising with other providers, outside agencies, educational psychologists, and external agencies Ensuring that the school keeps the records of all pupils with SEN up to date Advising fellow teachers on SEN best practices and strategies Referring students for specialised assessments when needed Requirements: SENCO qualification Experience of working as a SENCO DBS certificate If you are interested in the role, then please do apply for the position.
