After an extremely successful 2024, they have growth plans throughout 2025 and beyond, and are looking for experienced Lead Generators to add to their team. Benefits: Uncapped commission to £65,000 OTE for just hitting target Unlimited career progression 28 days annual leave & all of December off, fully paid Incentivised half day Friday's Cycle to work scheme Fully paid trips abroad Daily/weekly/monthly prize giveaways & cash incentives 50% off LNER travel Responsibilities: Identify sales opportunities through questioning Eliminate objections using up to date market/product information Present unique solutions which will save our customers time, money and reduce their costs Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers Manage your existing customer accounts and renewals To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs Always adhere to the sales compliance rules – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards To accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisations CRM system Attend on-going training and coaching sessions Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey Ensure compliance with all company operating policies and procedures What We Would Like From You: Worked in a Sales Executive capacity previously Proven track record within outbound sales Worked against daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s and targets Thorough understanding of the sales process Can develop and maintain knowledge of the business market. Skilled in managing your own workload Excellent communication skills Experience: Outbound sales experience Worked within a team Experience in delivering well above target Worked in a fast paced, high volume sales environment With expansive plans in place for further growth into 2024, our Clients' industry leading training program will allow them to nurture and grow from within as they continue to expand their already successful operation.
