Groundworker / 360 Operator

Job Overview: We are looking for a reliable Groundworker to join our client's construction team. The successful candidate will assist with site preparation and setup, ensuring all groundwork is completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Clear vegetation and debris from construction sites. Dig trenches and lay foundations. Install drainage systems. Lay concrete, pavements, driveways, and kerbs. Operate construction tools and equipment. Comply with health and safety regulations. Skills & Requirements: Previous experience as a Groundworker. Knowledge of construction safety standards. Ability to read and follow project plans. Physical fitness for handling heavy materials. Good communication and teamwork skills. CSCS card (desirable). CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper and Roller CPCS or NPORS Above and Below 10T 360 Excavator CIS or Umbrella
