ROLE: Marketing Manager LOCATION: Wellingborough HOURS OF WORK: Days BASIC SALARY: £45K per annum BENEFITS: 24 Days holiday (rising to 26), birthday off, private medical, death in service. Company Profile Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their friendly organisation based in Wellingborough on a permanent basis. In this Marketing Manager role, you will be responsible for: Prepares marketing package in line with the company’s strategy To conduct ROI analysis on all marketing activity and adjust strategy accordingly including market research and competitor’s analysis Manage and execute the central marketing plan in line with the company’s long-term strategy and growth targets to increase leads and revenue for the business Design attractive and effective multi-channel marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions to drive leads generation, new customer acquisition and retain existing customers Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting during the creation of application notes, articles, editorials, mailers, fliers, website content, newsletters, e-shots, sales tools and other promotional materials Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Responsible for LinkedIn updates; creating, uploading and sharing applications, products, or services across our various social media platforms. Organises and plans the production of all major marketing materials Co-ordinates corporate videos and filming Co-ordinates with preparation of documentation and planning of product launches Generates contacts for sales teams via LinkedIn Project manages exhibitions and trade events with UK sales Helps to plan promotional events hosted by Product Management Monitors and analyses market and competitor information Occasional International travel to marketing meetings and exhibitions as and when required. To be successful as a Marketing Manager you will have: 1. Fluent written and spoken English ideally with technical background 2. An experienced commercial marketer with a growth mindset and expertise in digital marketing 3. Hands on experience in social marketing content management 4. Excellent copywriting skills and communication skills 5. A confident communicator who will network and develop strong and productive business relationships with suppliers, agencies and our central marketing team 6. Ability to deliver creative content 7. Exceptional cross-functional leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills 8. Excellent organisational and planning skills and attention to detail 9. Proficient in executing integrated promotional, direct marketing, and advertising campaigns 10. Able to manage a demanding schedule and deliver multiple marketing projects to deadline 11. Experience of demand creation and contact acquisition campaigns 12. Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and in producing strategic presentations to senior management 13.
