Department & Line Manager Building Services Details of Role (Specific detail, specialisms etc.) Undertaking a variety of painting & decorating jobs including office environments, external areas and within some food production areas. Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed for TL to order. Adheres to safety and performance standards. Communicate activities with those working in the area. Person Specification (Soft skills and experience required) Relevant NVQ or similar qualifications Excellent understanding of painting techniques. Site knowledge is an advantage but not necessary. Experience working within an industrial food manufacturing environment would be an advantage Organisational skills Communication and relationship builder skills as you would be dealing with people at all levels including clients Ability to work independently or as part of a team Uses own initiative
