Overview of role Act as a mentor to care assistants and help them develop in their role to provide exceptional care Conduct Risk Assessments Create and develop Care Plans Adhere to professional standards and the Care homes' policies and procedures Be knowledgeable of safeguarding Shift Pattern 2 week rolling shift pattern 8pm - 8am Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
