Salary: £33,000 Company Van Mobile Phones Private Healthcare 22 Days Holiday Bank Holidays The Role: Trouble shoot and repair equipment issues with the least amount of disruption to the site Carrying out scheduled preventative planned maintenance work Minor decoration and refurbishment Unblock sinks, toilets and drains Repair leaks, fit new tap washers, repair ballcocks etc Light plumbing installations required Adjust doors, tighten hinges, change or fit locks Requirements: We are seeking a professional and experienced maintenance engineer Ideally you will have experience working in commercial environments Proven property / building maintenance experience in carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decoration works This is an excellent opportunity to join a business who will offer you a long term with on-going training and development.
