Our client, one of North Londons longest established independently owned estate agencies is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join them in their busy branch based in Crouch End. Offering a fantastic commission structure within a friendly and motivated team. You will be required to promote the client in a positive way, be responsive and proactive in your daily tasks. What your day will look like: Traditional day-to-day duties include registering applicants, booking viewings and conducting viewings. You will also be obtaining and negotiating offers, cross selling financial and solicitor services, as well as sales progression. You must also have your own car and drivers licence.
