Job Description

Our client based in Solihull are looking for a full time Residential Conveyancer. You will be managing a high-volume caseload of residential property sales. You will need to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, third parties, customers and colleagues by phone and in writing, within tight deadlines. Location: Shirley, Solihull Salary: Salary starting from £40,000 What our client is looking for: A qualified solicitor or licenced conveyancer Someone who is between 2-3 years PQE and has experience of managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to post completion A team player who is also independent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with a positive outlook Enthusiastic and committed Approachable, well presented and professional A client following is preferred but not essentialWhat we can offer you: competitive salary and benefits package. 25 days holiday bank holidays Death in Service Employee Assistance Programme Option to buy and sell holidays.
