Key Responsibilities: Conduct Testing on Manufacturing Products : Perform testing of low to medium complexity manufactured products, ensuring quality standards and performance metrics are met. Fault Diagnosis and Support : Identify and diagnose issues or defects in manufactured products. Provide support for complex problems, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective action. Adhere to Testing Schedules : Follow pre-established test schedules and methodologies while ensuring adherence to specified intrusion and performance requirements. Operate Test Equipment : Utilize and maintain a variety of standard test equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring proper calibration and operational efficiency. Document Test Results and Compliance : Accurately record test results, product history, and compliance information, ensuring clear and thorough documentation of testing activities for future reference. What We Are Looking For: Relevant Qualifications : A minimum of an HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or completion of an engineering apprenticeship. A strong technical foundation is essential. Experience in Manufacturing Testing : A solid understanding of testing processes within the manufacturing industry. Detail-Oriented and Methodical Approach : A meticulous, methodical approach to problem-solving and testing procedures. The ability to maintain focus and accuracy while working under pressure is crucial. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with using test equipment and software to ensure manufacturing standards and compliance.
