Job Description
Role: Programme Manager We are recruiting a Programme Manager to deliver an enterprise-wide People & Culture Programme for a global professional services and advisory organisation. This role will establish and deliver the 2–5-year people & culture programme, you will be responsible for translating the P&C strategy through to the delivery and overall adoption. The objective of this programme is to create a positive, inclusive and engaging global environment, that attracts, develops and retains the best talent. Outline of the role/responsibilities: Experience shaping and delivering large-scale People, Culture & DEI programmes, end to end. Develop, set up and organise the programme of work to deliver the required changes Plan and manage other, smaller projects within the HR, People and Culture team Produce, monitor and update programme and implementation plans. Support the planning, directing, co-ordination and delivery of the programme Proactively identify risks, issue, dependencies and assumptions and work to communicate, manage, escalate and mitigate Create and manage standard project documents such as PIDs, Project plans and updates, budget tracking and management, RAID logs Excellent stakeholder management experience Experience delivering global change programmes will be beneficial Experience delivering large-scale cultural/DEI/People change is essential Salary & Package: £90,000 - £100,000 Bonus and Package Location: London, Hybrid working (2-3 days per week) We will be review applications in January 2025.
