About the Role: Position: Residential Property Solicitor 2 PQE Location: Cambridgeshire Firm: Legal 500 Firm, national firm. You can expect to work with friendly, energetic, ambitious people Your Role: Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of Residential Property transactional work. Make a positive and energetic contribution to a dynamic and confident team. Conducting title reviews and preparing legal documentation Collaborating with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices What We're Looking For: You should be confident to run your own files and maintain the high standards of the firm in general. A solid grounding in residential property. Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and transfer of equity.
