Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of employment law matters. Handle a diverse caseload, including contentious and non-contentious employment issues. Conduct negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings on behalf of clients. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Criteria: Approximately 2 years of PQE in Employment Law. Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of employment law cases. Experience representing both employers and employees. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
