Housing support assistant

We are looking for a Housing Support Assistant to join our team at Milestone House in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference by supporting single homeless customers as they transition to more stable accommodation. Key Details: Contract: 3 months, with potential for extension Location: Milestone House, Derby Hours: Full-time (36 hours per week, may include weekends) Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Start Date: As soon as possible Role Responsibilities: Assist in delivering accommodation support and activities services to customers in Milestone House. Work closely with residents to provide tailored support and encourage positive outcomes. Help individuals prepare for and successfully move on to appropriate, stable accommodation. Ensure a high standard of service delivery and continuously strive to improve outcomes for customers. What We’re Looking For: A compassionate, proactive individual with a passion for helping vulnerable people. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
