Graduate Quantity Surveyor

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic private consultancy in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in quantity surveying by working alongside experienced professionals on a diverse range of projects. Comprehensive support will be provided to help you develop your skills and work towards achieving MRICS accreditation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documents. Conduct basic measurement and cost analysis under supervision. Support senior team members with contract administration and procurement. Attend client and project meetings to gain insight into project delivery. Help with interim valuations, variations, and final account preparation. Undertake site visits to monitor project progress and understand on-site operations. Assist with feasibility studies and value engineering exercises. Contribute to accurate record-keeping and reporting processes. Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. A keen interest in developing a career in quantity surveying. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Eagerness to learn and progress towards MRICS accreditation (full support provided). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn industry-specific software
