About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in managing project finances from start to finish. Responsibilities include: Preparing tender documents and contracts. Managing budgets and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle. Liaising with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery. Conducting regular cost analyses and reporting. Ideal Candidate: Existing experience in the care home or residential development sector. Strong understanding of the trade and construction industry.
